StiqNote vs Atarim

Atarim started as a visual feedback tool for WordPress agencies. Today it calls itself "the AI web agency, plugged into yours": AI agents run agency work on client sites, such as updates, content and reports, under your brand. Visual feedback is still part of it, as one module. It's priced with a flat fee plus usage credits.

StiqNote does one thing: feedback on web pages, pinned to the element, for your team and your clients.

Here's how they compare on 7 October 2026. Atarim's details come from its own site and help center, listed at the bottom.

Choose Atarim if…

  • You want AI agents to do agency work. Atarim's agents comment on pages, propose fixes and run workflows on WordPress sites. StiqNote has no AI agents of its own.
  • You review designs and files too. Atarim takes feedback on Figma files, PDFs, PSDs and images, with versions side by side.
  • You want many ways in. Atarim works through a WordPress plugin, a share link, a Chrome extension and a Figma plugin.
  • You have a big team. Atarim Pro includes up to 100 seats for a flat fee.
  • You want a client dashboard. Atarim has a branded client dashboard, with a folder and credit budget per client.

Choose StiqNote if…

  • You want a feedback tool, not a platform. StiqNote is simple to learn for your team and your clients. No credits, no agents, no workflows to set up.
  • You want a price you can predict. StiqNote is a flat price per team. On Atarim, AI work uses credits, and sorting client feedback with AI is extra when it runs.
  • Your developers need the console and a replay. StiqNote Pro attaches console errors, network requests and a replay of the last 3 minutes. Atarim's tasks record the element, page, screen size and browser; we didn't find logs or replay.
  • You work in GitHub or Linear. StiqNote syncs status and comments both ways with GitHub, Linear, Jira and Asana. Atarim lists two-way sync for Jira, Asana and several PM tools, but not for GitHub, and doesn't list Linear.
  • You want to record your screen. StiqNote records up to 5 minutes with your voice. We didn't find a built-in recorder in Atarim.
  • Your sites aren't on WordPress. StiqNote works on any site. Atarim works on any site too through its link and extension, but many of its agents are built around WordPress.

With StiqNote Agency's client features (your branding and client sign-off):

Team StiqNote Atarim
10 people Agency $69 ($55) Pro $67 ($53.60) has your brand on the client dashboard and per-page approvals
20 people Agency $69 ($55) Pro $67 ($53.60), same as above

Atarim Pro includes up to 100 seats and 5,000 credits a month. Extra credits cost $6 to $10 per 1,000. Atarim estimates about 1,150 credits a month for each client it fully serves with agents. We couldn't confirm whether plain pinned comments, with no AI involved, use credits. For a team that only needs feedback, the real cost depends on how much AI you use.

In short: up to 10 people, StiqNote costs less on list price. For branding and approvals, Atarim Pro costs about the same as StiqNote Agency at 10 and at 20 people: $67 against $69, or $53.60 against $55 yearly, as long as you stay within its credits. Atarim has no logs or replay at any price.

How to switch

There's no importer from Atarim. What works:

  1. Finish open projects in Atarim, and start new ones in StiqNote.

  2. Connect your tracker in StiqNote, if you synced Atarim tasks to one.

  3. Send clients a guest link. Like Atarim's share link, it works in any browser.

  4. Remove the Atarim plugin from WordPress sites when you're done. StiqNote doesn't need one.

Questions

Is StiqNote like the old Atarim?

In spirit, yes: feedback pinned to the live page, for agencies and their clients, with a simple price. StiqNote adds bug context (logs and a replay) and two-way sync with developer tools, and leaves out the AI agents.

Does StiqNote use credits?

No. Every plan has a fixed price, with no usage charges.
