For agencies
Client feedback, without the email threads
Client feedback usually arrives as screenshots in Slack, a long email, or "can you just look at the homepage?". Then you spend an hour working out which button they meant, on which page, at which screen size.
StiqNote puts the feedback on the page itself. Your clients click the spot and write the note. You see it exactly where they saw it.
Guests are free on every plan. No card for the trial.

Clients don't install anything
Send a guest link. The client opens it in any browser, confirms their email with a code and clicks to comment. No extension, no password, no account to set up. How guest links work.
Clients only see the sites you share with them, and never your team's private notes.
One price per team, not per client
Guests are free and unlimited on every plan. Ten clients or a hundred, the price is the same. You pay for the people on your team.
| Your team | Plan | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 3 people | Free | $0 |
| Up to 5 people | Pro | $29, or $24 billed yearly |
| Up to 20 people | Agency | $69, or $55 billed yearly |
Sign-off that holds up Agency
Start a review round for a site. The client approves each page or asks for changes, and StiqNote keeps who answered and when. Send reminders, pause comments between rounds, and keep the history of every round. When a client says "we never approved that", you can check. Client sign-off.
Your brand, not ours Agency
Clients see your logo, colour and name on the review page, the guest bar and every email. Turn off "Made with StiqNote". White-label branding.
Feedback your developers can use
- Pins stay on the right element when the layout changes, at every screen size.
- Every comment saves the browser, window size and zoom.
- On Pro and Agency, reports from your team bring console errors, failed requests and a replay of the last 3 minutes.
- Send a thread to GitHub, Linear, Jira or Asana. When the issue is closed, the thread resolves.
Keep internal talk internal
Mark a note private and only your team sees it. Discuss the client's request next to it, on the same pin, without the client reading along.
Where StiqNote isn't the right fit
- You need clients to review PDFs, Figma files or videos as well as websites. StiqNote only does live web pages.
- You want a full project board with custom columns. StiqNote has four statuses and sends work to your tracker instead.
- Your clients review sites behind a login and won't install anything. The no-install view serves public pages only.
- You need your own domain on guest links. That isn't possible yet.

Questions
Can my clients see each other's comments?
Guests see comments on the sites they can see. If two clients share a site, they see each other's non-private comments there. Keep them on separate sites, or use private notes for what's internal.
Can I use it on staging?
Yes. Your team can comment on staging and localhost with the extension. Clients can use the no-install guest view on any public address; for staging behind a login, they need the extension.
