Your brand in front of clients

When a client reviews your work, they should see your agency, not ours. On the Agency plan, StiqNote puts your logo, your colour and your name on everything a client sees.

What you can set

The team's owner adds them in Settings → Branding:

  • Your logo: a PNG, JPEG or WebP file, up to 1 MB. Square works best.
  • Your brand colour: used for buttons and highlights. StiqNote checks the contrast and adjusts the text colour so buttons stay readable.
  • The name clients see: your agency's name, if it's different from your team's name in StiqNote.

Where clients see it

  • The review page a guest link opens.
  • The guest bar on the site while they review, and the sign-off bar during a review round.
  • Every email clients get: invites, sign-in codes they ask for from a guest link, round invites, reminders and receipts. They show your logo and name, and come from "Your agency via StiqNote".

The StiqNote credit

There are two separate things:

  • "Made with StiqNote", on guest views, in issues sent to GitHub and other tools, and in emails. On Agency, the owner can turn it off in Settings → Branding.
  • A small "Powered by StiqNote" line stays on branded pages and emails. It's small and quiet, but it's there.

We're honest about this: StiqNote isn't fully invisible. If you need a tool with no trace of the vendor at all, this isn't it yet.

What's not included yet

  • Custom domains. Guest links use StiqNote's addresses (review.stiqnote.com and <link>-view.stiqnote.com). Your own domain isn't possible yet.
  • Your own email sender address. Client emails come from StiqNote's address, with your name in front.

Questions

Which plan has branding?

Agency. It's included in the 14-day trial.

What happens to my branding if we leave the Agency plan?

It's kept, but clients see StiqNote's default look again. Move back to Agency and your branding returns.

Does my team see the branding too?

Branding is for what clients see. Your team uses StiqNote as usual.

Can I remove the logo later?

Yes. Remove it in Settings. A replaced logo stays reachable for a while, so emails you already sent still show it.
