New feedback, posted to Slack

Your team lives in Slack. With the StiqNote integration, new feedback shows up in a channel you choose, and you can act on it from there.

On Pro and Agency. Try it free for 14 days, no card.

What's posted

Each new comment becomes a Slack message with:

  • the comment and who wrote it;
  • the page it's on;
  • the screenshot;
  • one button to the pin in StiqNote: Watch what happened when the report has a replay, otherwise Open in StiqNote.

Replies and status changes are posted in the message's thread, so the channel stays tidy.

Private comments are never posted.

Act from Slack

  • Resolve: resolves the thread in StiqNote.
  • Assign: pick a team member from the menu.

The message updates to show who resolved it or who it's assigned to. It also updates when the thread changes in StiqNote.

Slack matches whoever clicks to a StiqNote member by email. Someone who isn't on your StiqNote team can't resolve or assign; they get a private note asking them to connect their account. Guests can't act from Slack either.

Choose what's posted

Pick a channel for the project. Under Post to Slack when, choose what goes there. Each project has its own switches:

  • New feedback
  • Replies
  • Resolved or reopened
  • Other status changes

All four are on by default.

Set it up

  1. In the StiqNote sidebar, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Slack.

  2. Approve the StiqNote app for your workspace.

  3. Pick the channel.

Questions

Which plan do I need?

Pro or Agency.

Do console logs go to Slack?

No. Slack gets the comment, the screenshot and the links. Logs stay in StiqNote and in issue trackers.

Can guests in a Slack Connect channel click the buttons?

They can see the message, but only people who are members of your StiqNote team can resolve or assign.

On Pro and Agency. Every integration comes with Pro: GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams, webhooks and the MCP server.
