StiqNote vs Usersnap
Usersnap is a product feedback platform. Widgets and surveys on your site or app collect feedback from users, and AI helps product managers sort it into topics and opportunities. It connects to support and sales tools, and to your issue tracker.
StiqNote is a Chrome extension for reviewing websites with your team and clients, with comments that stay pinned on the page.

Choose Usersnap if…
- You collect feedback from your product's users. Usersnap's widgets, micro-surveys, NPS and a customer portal with an upvote board are built for that. StiqNote isn't.
- You want AI to make sense of feedback. Usersnap tags, groups and reads sentiment on every plan, and can pull in data from tools like Gong, Zoom and Intercom.
- You need mobile app feedback. Usersnap has a mobile SDK on Premium.
- You need enterprise options: SAML or OIDC single sign-on on Enterprise. SOC 2 support is listed as "landing soon"; we didn't find an ISO 27001 claim.
- You need Azure DevOps, GitLab or Zendesk. Usersnap connects to them; StiqNote doesn't.
Choose StiqNote if…
- You review websites with clients. Every StiqNote comment is a pin on the element, visible to your team and your clients on the live page.
- You don't want a widget on the site. Usersnap's guest feedback runs through a widget you install. Its extension can send feedback without one, but guests' items arrive anonymously. StiqNote guests use a link and sign in with a code.
- You want a session replay. StiqNote Pro adds a replay of the last 3 minutes to console and network logs. Usersnap now gives console and network logs on every plan, but we didn't find a built-in session replay at any price.
- You want two-way status sync without a big plan. It's on StiqNote Pro for GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello and Notion. Usersnap has Jira and Linear on every plan, but the sync only runs both ways on Professional.
- You want webhooks and an API. On StiqNote Pro. On Usersnap, Premium ($449/month).
- You want a free plan. StiqNote Free covers 3 people. Usersnap has a trial.
- You need client sign-off or suggested edits. StiqNote has review rounds (Agency) and Suggest an edit (Pro).

Price by team size
Per month, in US dollars, excluding tax. Monthly billing first, yearly billing in brackets. For each team size we show two prices:
- List price: the cheapest plan that fits that many people.
- Like for like: the cheapest plan that fits and has what StiqNote Pro includes: console and network logs or a session replay, Jira or Linear, and private comments.
Usersnap Starter is capped at 2 seats, with no way to add more, so it doesn't fit any of the team sizes below. Growth and every plan above it have unlimited seats, so Usersnap's price doesn't rise with headcount the way the table might suggest for other tools.

Usersnap's seats are unlimited from Growth up, with no per-seat price; only Starter is capped, at 2. Console and network logs are on every plan now; two-way sync still starts on Professional.
In short: StiqNote costs less at every size, on list price and like for like. The gap is widest when you need two-way sync: $29 against $229 for 5 people.
How to switch
There's no importer from Usersnap. What works:
Export your feedback as CSV or JSON (Usersnap Growth and up) if you want a record.
Keep Usersnap for end-user feedback and surveys, if you use them. StiqNote doesn't replace that part.
Move website reviews to StiqNote: install the extension, connect your tracker, and send clients a guest link.

Is StiqNote a replacement for Usersnap?
For reviewing websites with your team and clients, yes. For listening to your product's users with surveys, NPS and AI analysis, no.
Which is cheaper?
StiqNote, at every team size we compared. Usersnap's price doesn't grow with your team past Growth, since seats are unlimited from there up. The difference is largest when you need two-way status sync: $29 on StiqNote Pro, $229 on Usersnap Professional.
