Integration Pro
New feedback, posted to Microsoft Teams
Your team talks in Microsoft Teams. With the StiqNote integration, new feedback shows up in a channel you choose, as a card with everything needed to act on it.
On Pro and Agency. Try it free for 14 days, no card.
What's posted
Each new comment becomes a card with:
- the type and priority;
- the page it's on;
- the comment and who wrote it;
- the screenshot;
- one button to the pin in StiqNote: Watch what happened when the report has a replay, otherwise Open in StiqNote.
Replies and status changes are posted as short cards of their own. Teams workflows can't post into a card's thread, so each one names the thread it belongs to.
Private comments are never posted.
Choose what's posted
Add a channel, then pick it for the project. Under Post to Teams when, choose what goes there. Each project has its own switches:
- New feedback
- Replies
- Resolved or reopened
- Other status changes
All four are on by default.
Set it up
StiqNote posts through a Teams workflow, so there is no app to install.
In Teams, open the channel's ••• menu and choose Workflows.
Pick Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.
Give it a name, check the team and channel, then click Add workflow.
Copy the link Teams shows. In the StiqNote sidebar, open Settings → Integrations, click Connect next to Microsoft Teams, choose Add a channel and paste the link. Once it works, StiqNote asks for a name.
Click Test next to the channel to check that it arrives. ••• has Rename and Remove.
Questions
Which plan do I need?
Pro or Agency.
Can I resolve or assign from Teams?
Not yet. Cards have Open in StiqNote, which takes you straight to the pin. Buttons in Teams need a Teams app, which is planned.
Who do the cards come from?
Teams shows them as posted through Workflows, by the person who made the workflow. The workflow runs on their account: if they leave your company, make it again and add its new URL.
Is the workflow URL safe to paste?
Treat it like a password: anyone with it can post to the channel. StiqNote keeps it encrypted and never shows it again.
Do console logs go to Teams?
No. Teams gets the comment, the screenshot and the links. Logs stay in StiqNote and in issue trackers.
On Pro and Agency. Every integration comes with Pro: GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Slack, Microsoft Teams, webhooks and the MCP server.
