Priced per team, not per client

No. Prices exclude VAT. We add it where the law requires, based on your billing address. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are charged under the reverse-charge rule. The same numbers apply in euros: Pro is €29 a month, for example.

Yes. Email support@stiqnote.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full. This applies to businesses and consumers alike.

Your team moves to Free, unless the owner picks a plan. Nothing is deleted. Logs, replays and recordings you already have stay readable. New reports follow the Free plan.

No. The trial starts the first time you use your own team: your first comment, invite or guest link. You only add a card if you pick a plan.

Moving down (Agency to Pro, or yearly to monthly) takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing is deleted: features of the higher plan become read-only. You can't move down while your team has more members than the smaller plan allows, so remove members or cancel open invites first.

Moving up (Pro to Agency, or monthly to yearly) happens straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.

A member is on your team. Members see every site the team works on, see private notes, invite people, make no-install guest links and send threads to your tools. Members count toward your plan.

A guest is someone outside your team, usually a client. Guests join through the no-install guest link, which shows one site, or through an email invite, which shows the whole project and needs the extension. They never see private notes. They can comment, reply and edit their own comments. Guests are free and unlimited on every plan.

Each team has one storage pool that everyone in it shares: 100 MB for the whole team on Free, 2 GB per seat on Pro and 5 GB per seat on Agency. Seats are the members your plan includes plus any extra members you pay for, so a Pro team of 5 has 5 × 2 GB. Screenshots, attachments, recordings and replays count toward it. When the pool is full, new uploads stop until you delete files or add seats. We never delete files because a pool is full.

The team's owner cancels from Settings → Plan → Manage. The team keeps its plan until the end of the period already paid for, then moves to Free.

Stripe tries again over about a week. If it still fails, the team moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

The plan belongs to the team, not to a person. Everyone on a Pro team gets Pro. The owner manages the plan and billing, and can hand the team to another member.
