StiqNote vs Userback
Userback is a user feedback platform. A widget on your site or app collects bug reports, screenshots and videos from users, and around it sit session replay, AI insights, surveys and a feature request portal. It's built for product teams listening to their users at scale.
StiqNote is narrower: a Chrome extension for reviewing websites with your team and your clients, with comments pinned to the page.

Choose Userback if…
- You want feedback from your users, not just your team. Userback's widget collects reports from anyone using your site or app, and adds surveys, NPS and a feature portal with voting.
- You have a big team. Userback Business has unlimited seats for $99 a month ($79 yearly). From about 28 people, it costs less than StiqNote Agency.
- You need mobile app feedback. Userback has a mobile SDK on Business Plus.
- You want AI to sort feedback. Userback Business sorts feedback into themes, reads sentiment and transcribes video.
Choose StiqNote if…
- You review websites with clients. StiqNote pins every comment to the element on the live page, so your team and clients see feedback in place. Guests join with a link, and nothing goes on the site.
- You don't want a script on the site. Userback's guest feedback runs through its widget, which you install on the site. StiqNote uses a guest link and the extension.
- You want replay and logs on a small plan. Both are on StiqNote Pro ($29/month for 5 people). On Userback they start on Business ($99/month).
- You want webhooks and an API without the top tier. Both are on StiqNote Pro. On Userback they're on Business Plus ($199/month).
- You want two-way sync with GitHub and Asana. StiqNote syncs status both ways with GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello and Notion. Userback lists two-way sync for Jira, Linear and ClickUp.
- You need clients to sign off. StiqNote Agency has review rounds, with every client's approval recorded.
- Your designers suggest changes. Suggest an edit changes text, colour and spacing on the page and hands over the CSS.

Userback Team stops at 5 seats; Business has unlimited seats. Replay, console and network logs, and internal-only comments start on Business. People who send feedback through the widget don't need a seat.
In short: StiqNote costs less up to about 27 people, and much less when you need replay and logs: $29 against $99 for 5 people. From about 28 people, Userback Business's unlimited seats cost less than StiqNote Agency.
How to switch
There's no importer from Userback. What works:
Export your feedback from Userback if you want a record (Export Data is on Business and up).
Keep Userback's widget if you use it for end-user feedback, surveys or the portal. StiqNote doesn't replace those.
Move website reviews to StiqNote: install the extension, connect your tracker, and send clients a guest link.

Is StiqNote a replacement for Userback?
For reviewing websites with your team and clients, yes. For collecting feedback from your product's users, with surveys, NPS and a public roadmap, no. Some teams use both.
Which is cheaper?
Up to about 27 people, StiqNote, and by the most when you need replay and logs: $29 against $99 for 5 people. From about 28 people, Userback Business's unlimited seats cost less. Userback's Free plan also only shows feedback for 7 days; StiqNote Free keeps it.
Do both record the screen?
Yes. StiqNote records up to 5 minutes with your voice on Pro. Userback includes screen recording on every plan.
