Website feedback, as ClickUp tasks
Feedback from the site becomes a task in the ClickUp list where your team plans the work. When the task is closed, the pin on the page resolves.

What goes into the task
- Name: the comment's first line. When the space has a tag for the type (a
bugtag, for example), the task gets it; otherwise the name starts with "Bug: ". - Description: the comment, links to the pin in StiqNote and the replay, and the page and browser details.
- Screenshot and files: attached to the task.
- Logs: a line with the counts of errors and failed requests, and a link to the full log.
- Where it goes: pick the workspace, the space and the list. Lists in folders show as "Folder › List".
- Assignee and priority: the thread's assignee when they're matched to a ClickUp user, or a default assignee. High, Low and Critical comments keep their priority; pick a default for the rest.
- Tag: a
stiqnotetag, so you can filter for everything that came from feedback. You can turn it off.
Status, both ways
- Resolve the thread, and the task moves to the list's closed status.
- Close or reopen the task in ClickUp, and the thread follows.
Comments, both ways
- StiqNote replies → ClickUp comments: posted as "Jane Smith via StiqNote". ClickUp has no app accounts, so they show under the person who connected ClickUp. Private replies never go.
- ClickUp comments → StiqNote: comments on the task come back to the pin as private notes. Your team sees them; clients don't, unless you choose to show them.
Set it up
In the StiqNote sidebar, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to ClickUp.
Pick the workspaces StiqNote may use, and approve access in ClickUp.
Pick the default workspace, space and list. Each StiqNote project picks its own.
Choose Send threads: Ask each time, or Every new comment.
Check People, so assignees carry over.
Open a thread and use Send to… to create a task, or Link to existing… to link a task that already exists. Search by the task's ID or link, or by a word in its name among the list's recent tasks.

Which plan do I need?
Pro or Agency.
Does ClickUp get private comments?
No. Private comments and private replies are never sent.
One list per client?
Yes. Make a StiqNote project for each client, and pick a different list in each project's Integrations.
