Free is enough to start
The Free plan has everything a freelancer needs for client reviews:
- Unlimited clients and unlimited sites.
- Pins, areas and comments on selected text.
- Screenshots you can mark up, and attachments.
- Guest links with the no-install view, so clients comment from any browser.
- Statuses, due dates, the Inbox and an email digest.
- Up to 3 people, if you work with a developer or a copywriter.
No card, no time limit. You also start with 14 days of the Agency plan, to try sign-off and branding on a real project.
How a review goes
Open the client's site, or your staging copy, and click Share and invite in the StiqNote sidebar.
Create a guest link and send it to your client.
They confirm their email and click on the page to comment. You see each note on the exact spot, with their browser and screen size.
Reply on the pin, fix it, resolve it. They see it's done.
Nothing on the client's site
StiqNote doesn't need a script or a plugin on the site. You don't ask the client for access to their CMS just to collect feedback, and there's nothing to remove at the end of the project.
When you grow
- Pro ($29/month, or $24 billed yearly) adds Suggest an edit, console logs and session replay, screen recordings, and sends to GitHub, Linear, Jira, Asana or Slack.
- Agency ($69/month, or $55 billed yearly) adds client sign-off with review rounds, and your own logo, colour and name for clients.
Honest limits
- StiqNote reviews web pages, not PDFs or design files.
- Clients reviewing a site behind a login need the extension; the no-install view serves public pages only.
- It's a Chrome extension for you. Your clients can use any browser.
Questions
Do I need the Agency plan to look professional?
No. Clients get a clean review page on every plan. Agency adds your own logo and name on it, and lets you remove "Made with StiqNote".
Can I keep each client's feedback separate?
Yes. Guests only see the sites you share with them. You can also make a separate team per client if you prefer.
