StiqNote vs Webvizio
Webvizio is a feedback tool for websites and web apps that also reviews images, PDFs and Figma files, with a built-in task board and AI prompts for coding agents. It has a Chrome extension and a 7-day free trial, no card needed.
StiqNote only reviews web pages, pinned on the live site, and brings console and network logs plus a session replay to Pro bug reports. It's a newer, smaller product.
Here's how they compare on 7 October 2026. Webvizio's details come from its own site, listed at the bottom.
Choose Webvizio if…
- You review Figma files, images and PDFs, not just websites. Webvizio links Figma files directly, with PNG export, zoom and real-time updates, and annotates images and PDFs. StiqNote only reviews web pages.
- You want a task board built in. Webvizio has its own project and task management, grouping feedback by project. StiqNote has four statuses and sends work to your tracker instead.
- You want AI prompts generated for you. Webvizio's "AI Prompts" turn a piece of feedback into a ready-to-paste prompt for coding tools, with its own free AI prompt generator as a separate tool.
- You want a WordPress plugin. Webvizio lists a WordPress integration alongside Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Slack and Zapier.
Choose StiqNote if…
- You want guests reviewing without an extension, by design, everywhere. StiqNote's guest link works the same way on every plan. Webvizio's guest contributions also need no extension; its own Chrome extension is optional, for the team capturing feedback faster or on password-protected pages.
- Developers need a replay, not just logs. Webvizio's own page for QA teams says each task bundles "a live snapshot, browser info, page URL, console logs, network logs, and repro steps," which matches StiqNote Pro's console and network logs. Session replay, StiqNote's last 3 minutes of what happened before the report, isn't mentioned anywhere on Webvizio's site.
- You want sign-off with every answer recorded. StiqNote Agency has review rounds where clients approve each page, with who answered and when. Nothing on Webvizio's site describes a formal approval or sign-off flow.
- You want private comments and due dates on every plan. Both are on StiqNote's Free plan. Webvizio's site doesn't mention private, members-only comments at all.

Price by team size
Per month, in US dollars, excluding tax, on Webvizio's pay-as-you-go price (it also discounts longer commitments, by term, which we haven't mapped to exact figures). For each team size we show two prices:
- List price: the cheapest plan that fits that many people.
- Like for like: the cheapest plan that fits and has what StiqNote Pro includes: console and network logs or a session replay, Jira or Linear, and private comments.
| Team | StiqNote | Webvizio | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 people | List price | Free $0 | Solo + 1 extra: $13.60 |
| Like for like | Pro $29 ($24) | Not available: private comments not found | |
| 5 people | List price | Pro $29 ($24) | Starter $28 |
| Like for like | Pro $29 ($24) | Not available: private comments not found | |
| 10 people | List price | Pro with 5 extra: $59 ($49) | Starter + 5 extra: $39.40 |
| Like for like | Pro with 5 extra: $59 ($49) | Not available: private comments not found | |
| 20 people | List price | Agency $69 ($55) | Advanced $76 |
| Like for like | Agency $69 ($55) | Not available: private comments not found |
Webvizio Solo includes 2 users and 5 projects, then $5.60 a month per extra user. Starter includes 5 users and 10 projects, then $2.28 per extra user. Advanced includes 20 users and 100 projects, with no charge for extra users. Enterprise is priced on request. StiqNote refunds in full within 14 days.
In short: it depends on team size. At 3 people, StiqNote Free ($0) beats Webvizio's $13.60. At 5 and 10 people, Webvizio's per-seat pricing is a little cheaper on list price: $28 and $39.40 against StiqNote Pro's $29 and $59. At 20 people, StiqNote Agency is cheaper again: $69 against Webvizio's $76. Webvizio's plans don't separate out private, members-only comments, so there's no like-for-like plan at any size.
How to switch
There's no importer from Webvizio. What works:
Finish open projects in Webvizio, especially anything on Figma, PDFs or images, which StiqNote doesn't review.
Connect your tracker in StiqNote (Settings → Integrations), if you used one with Webvizio.
Remove any script or extension Webvizio asked you to add, if you added one.
Send clients a guest link. They don't need an account or an extension.
Questions
Is StiqNote cheaper than Webvizio?
Not always. StiqNote Free ($0) beats Webvizio at 3 people, and StiqNote Agency ($69) beats Webvizio's Advanced plan ($76) at 20. In between, Webvizio's per-seat price is a little cheaper: $28 against StiqNote Pro's $29 at 5 people. Either way, Webvizio has no plan with private, members-only comments, so it can't match StiqNote Pro feature for feature at any size.
Does Webvizio capture a session replay like StiqNote?
Not that we could find. Its QA teams page describes a "live snapshot" plus console logs, network logs and browser info with every task, close to StiqNote's console and network logs, but nothing on its site describes a rolling replay of the minutes before a report, which is what StiqNote Pro attaches.
Can Webvizio review Figma files?
Yes, and StiqNote can't. If you need feedback on Figma, PDFs or images as well as live websites, Webvizio covers more ground than StiqNote does.
