StiqNote vs Feedbucket

Feedbucket is a feedback widget for agencies. You add its script to a client's site, and anyone you allow can leave feedback with no account and no extension. Feedback goes straight into your project tool, with deep two-way sync. It deliberately has no task board of its own.

StiqNote takes the other route: a Chrome extension for your team, and a guest link for clients, with nothing added to the site.

Here's how they compare on 30 September 2026. Feedbucket's details come from its own pricing page and help center, listed at the bottom.

Checked 30 September 2026

Choose Feedbucket if…

  • You're happy to add a script to every client site. Feedbucket's widget lets clients comment from the site itself, with no link to send and no extension.
  • Clients review on their phones. Feedbucket works on real mobile devices through the widget.
  • You use Basecamp, Monday, GitLab or Shortcut. Feedbucket connects to more project tools than StiqNote, on every plan.
  • You want flat pricing up to 25 people. Feedbucket Business covers 25 team members for $89 a month.

Choose StiqNote if…

  • You'd rather not touch the client's site. StiqNote needs no script. It works on sites you don't control, on staging and on localhost, and there's nothing to remove at the end.
  • You're a team of 3 to 5. Feedbucket Pro covers 2 team members; 3 or more need Business at $89. StiqNote Pro covers 5 for $29.
  • You want a free plan. StiqNote Free covers 3 people. Feedbucket has a 14-day trial.
  • You want replay and network logs. StiqNote Pro adds network requests and a replay of the last 3 minutes to console errors. Feedbucket has console logs on Business; we didn't find network logs or replay.
  • You want a public API. StiqNote has a REST API, a CLI and an MCP server. Feedbucket's Zapier help says its API is still being worked on; it has a widget-only JavaScript API and an MCP server.
  • You need client sign-off. StiqNote Agency has review rounds with per-page approval. Feedbucket doesn't list approvals.

How to switch

There's no importer from Feedbucket. What works:

  1. Export your feedback as CSV (Feedbucket Business) if you want a record.

  2. Connect the same tracker in StiqNote, so new feedback lands in the same place.

  3. Send clients a guest link, then remove the Feedbucket script from the site.

Questions

What's the main difference?

Where the tool lives. Feedbucket lives on the client's site, as a script. StiqNote lives in your team's browser, and clients get a link. If you control the site and want feedback from anyone who visits, Feedbucket's approach is simpler for clients. If you'd rather not change the site, StiqNote's is.

Is StiqNote cheaper than Feedbucket?

Up to 24 people, yes: at 20 people, StiqNote Agency is $69 against $89 for Feedbucket Business. At 25 people the monthly price is the same: $89 for Feedbucket Business and for StiqNote Agency with 5 extra members.
