Install StiqNote and sign in

Updated 30 September 2026

StiqNote is a browser extension. You install it once, sign in, and it's ready on every page.

#Install

  1. Open StiqNote in the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome.
  2. Chrome asks to confirm. Click Add extension.
  3. A welcome page opens.

StiqNote works best in Chrome, Edge and Brave. Other Chromium browsers such as Arc and Opera can install it, but they don't fully support Chrome's side panel, which the sidebar uses.

Pin it Click the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin StiqNote, so its icon is always one click away.

On the welcome page, or from the StiqNote icon in the toolbar, pick one:

  • Continue with Google
  • Continue with GitHub
  • Continue with email: type your address, and we email you a 6-digit code. No password needed.

The first time you sign in, StiqNote makes a team for you. Your 14-day Agency trial starts when you first use it: your first comment, invite or guest link. No card needed.

#Find StiqNote on the page

Open any website. The StiqNote toolbar sits in the bottom-right corner. A short tour starts on your first page.

The toolbar has buttons for Add comment, Add area comment, Suggest an edit and the sidebar. Drag it to move it; it snaps to the nearer side of the window.

Don't see it? The site may be one where StiqNote starts hidden, such as email or chat apps. See hide StiqNote on a site.

#Sign out

Click the StiqNote icon in Chrome's toolbar, then the Sign out button next to your name.

#Guests don't need to install anything

If someone sent you a guest link to review their site, you don't need the extension. Open the link, confirm your email with a code, and comment. See invite clients.
