Show your brand to clients
Branding is on the Agency plan, and in the 14-day trial.
#Add your brand
Only the team's owner can change these.
- Open the sidebar, then Settings, and go to Branding (What clients see).
- Add:
- a Logo: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 1 MB. Square works best;
- a Brand colour: pick one of the suggestions, pick any colour, or type a colour code. StiqNote adjusts text on it so buttons stay readable;
- the Name shown to clients, if it's different from your team's name.
- Check the Preview of the review page and guest view.
Reset puts the colour back to StiqNote's, and Remove takes the logo off.
#Where clients see it
- The review page a guest link opens.
- The guest bar while they review, and the sign-off bar in a review round.
- The emails they get: invites, sign-in codes from a guest link, round invites, reminders and receipts. These come from "Your name via StiqNote".
A small "Powered by StiqNote" line stays on branded pages and emails.
#Turn off "Made with StiqNote"
"Made with StiqNote" shows on guest views, in issues sent to your tools and in emails. To turn it off, switch off Show "Made with StiqNote" in Settings → Branding. Footers then show only "Powered by StiqNote".
Only teams on the Agency plan can turn it off, and only the owner can change it.
#If you leave the Agency plan
Your logo, colour and name are kept, but clients see StiqNote's default look until you're back on Agency. "Made with StiqNote" shows again.
#Not yet possible
- Your own domain for guest links (such as feedback.yourstudio.com). It's planned.
- Sending client emails from your own address.
