Teams: switching and settings
You can be on more than one team: say, your own and a client's. Each team has its own pages, comments, members, guests and plan.
#Switch teams
Click your current team's name at the top of the sidebar, then pick another team from the list. A check mark shows which one you're in.
#Create another team
In Settings → Team and plan, click Create another team, name it, and click Create team. It starts on the Free plan, separate from your other teams.
#Rename a team
Open Settings → Team and plan, click the ••• next to the team's name, then Rename team. Only the owner can rename a team.
#What an owner can do
- Rename the team, or delete it (if they're on more than one team; you can't delete your only team).
- Transfer ownership… to a member, making that member the owner and billing contact. You stay on as a member.
- Remove a member or guest, change someone between member and guest, and change which sites a guest can see.
- Manage billing and the plan.
A transferred team keeps its plan; it moves with the team, not the person.
#What a member can do
Everything above except the owner-only actions: invite people, connect integrations, make guest links, manage review rounds and comment like anyone else. Members see every site on the team and every comment, private notes included; only guests don't.
#Leave a team
Open Settings → Team and plan, click the ••• next to the team, then Leave team…. You lose access to its pages and comments.
The owner can't leave their own team. Transfer ownership to someone else first, or delete the team if you're its only member.
#Questions
What happens to my comments if I leave a team?
They stay on the team; only your access goes.
Can a guest leave a team too?
Yes, the same way: ••• next to the team, then Leave team….
Does deleting a team refund anything already paid?
Deleting cancels the subscription going forward. For billing specifics, see plans and billing.
